24 September 2025 – Hong Kong – Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (HSITPL) today (24 September) invites the market to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for Development of Selected Land Parcels in Batches 2 and 3 of Phase 1 of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park.
With Hong Kong Park in the Loop poised to officially begin operations by the end of this year, HSITPL is advancing the development of Batches 2 and 3 in Phase 1, in accordance with the Park’s overarching plan. HSITPL is seeking market feedback on selected land parcels within the Park to strategize tender planning, harnessing market forces to drive the collective development of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park.
The Invitation for EOI will be uploaded onto the HSITPL website (www.hsitp.org). Please also refer to the HSITPL website for information on the submission period. Interested parties must deposit their EOI in the designated box of HSIPTL, Unit 710, 7/F, 8 Science Park West Avenue, Hong Kong Science Park, by noon on 6 November 2025 (Thursday).
