Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited announced that, with effect from 26 September 2025, Mr. Eddie MAK Tak Wai GBS JP resigned as a Director and the Chairperson of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited, and that Miss CHANG Kar Wai, Carrie JP, in her capacity as the acting Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, was appointed by the parent company (Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation) as a Director and the Chairperson of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited.
