With effect from 27 October 2025, Mr. Kevin CHOI, in the capacity of Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, was appointed by the parent company, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, as a Director and the Chairperson of HSITP. Miss CHANG Kar Wai, Carrie JP ceased to be a Director and the Chairperson of HSITP accordingly.

The parent company, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, appointed Mr. LIU Ren-chen and Mr. SIN Hendrick as Directors of HSITP with effect from 6 October 2025.
