Following the official opening of the Loop Hong Kong Park in December 2025, Loop Hong Kong Park Company is pleased to present its inaugural Annual Report (FY2025/26). The report provides a comprehensive review of the Park's key achievements in its transition from the construction phase to the operational stage, as well as its future development strategies.
Over the past year, the Park has advanced steadily, achieving significant progress across all major work areas:
• Accelerated Delivery of R&D Infrastructure: The first batch of wet laboratory buildings and talent accommodation has been fully commissioned, while Loop Academy One (Building 1) was successfully topped out. Supported by the opening of the Direct Road Link to MTR Lok Ma Chau Station and the commencement of the Western Cross-River Link Bridge project, the Park is building comprehensive R&D and living amenities for the I&T community in the Loop.
• Remarkable Achievements in Attracting Investment and Enterprises: Focusing on the development of six pillar industries, the Park has continued to attract representative I&T enterprises and key R&D projects from Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and overseas. These efforts are accelerating the transformation, application, and industrialisation of cutting-edge technologies.
• Vibrant Development of the I&T Ecosystem: The HSITP Incubation Programme was officially launched in collaboration with world-class partners to provide start-ups with end-to-end support, spanning technical R&D, proof-of-concept, and commercialisation.
Looking ahead, the Park will continue to leverage its unique institutional and locational advantages, working hand in hand with partners across sectors to develop the Loop Hong Kong Park into a world-class I&T hub.
