(Hong Kong, 19 July 2021) Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“the Company”) announced the appointment of Ronald Lu & Partners (Hong Kong) Limited as Lead Design Consultant for Batch 1A and Beria Consultants Limited to provide Quantity Surveying Consultancy services for Batch 1A and Building 1 of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (“the Park”) at Lok Ma Chau Loop.
Patrick Siu, Chief Executive Officer of the Company said, the award of the two consultancy contracts is an important milestone for the Park which marks the advancement of the development into the detailed design stage.
Batch 1A includes two wet-lab enabled buildings, an InnoCell building and other ancillary facilities, due for completion in phases starting from end-2024. The Company is now recruiting the Lead Design Consultant for Building 1, which can provide R&D offices and dry lab spaces is expected to be completed in mid-2025.
